YAYA e.V. crew is a collective and network of art and culture creators with the aim of reflecting diversity in the art scene and promoting creative potential regardless of gender, origin, or status. We organize diverse events, from music to panel discussions, to make diversity visible. We put our focus on accessible venues and interactive formats. With our expertise in event management, we aim to create resources for marginalized individuals and establish clear communication channels. Our meetings provide open spaces for networking and empowerment, as well as various events to make diversity visible.
